As expected, the hotel greeting and check-in was very professional and warming. We booked a Premier Room for a family of four, and an additional bed was added, which severely limited the already small square footage of the room. I would recommend booking a larger room for a family of four. Upon entering the non-smoking room, it still smelt of smoke, which was highly disappointing. The location of the hotel was superb, around the corner from India Gate, Connaught Place and Gurdwara Bangla Sahib. Autos and taxis were available in abundance upon exiting the hotel. The breakfast buffet was vast and full of many choices, with chefs cooking numerous items in front of you, upon your request to the waiting staff. We also ate lunch there one day, and ordered from the À la carte menu, which was nice, but expensive (as expected from the hotel chain). The staff in the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, offering their advice on what places to visit, when things open, how long it would take to get to certain destinations. They were friendly, polite, and highly professional. At the bar located in the hotel lobby, we ordered some drinks, and iced coffee was not on the menu, however, the staff were quick to make it to our requirements, which was nice of them. On departing the hotel, we requested the hotel to provide a car to the airport, which was handled very well. However, when the car arrived, although labelled a 6-seater, the luggage took up the space in the back, and there were only two seats in the rear, plus one in the front and the passenger, so we had to try and have three in the middle, but one person had to sit on the lap of another, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was nice, but the room was far too small compared to what was advertised in their photos.

This is an exceptional hotel with incredible service. Breakfast was a delight and the evening meal was top class. They even went out of their way to organise a cookery class for me. The Indian chefs, Devraj and Shaoib were amazing and took me through the preparation and cooking of 3 stunning dishes. I will always remember my visit fondly.
